It has been a true labour of love to put together some of my absolute favourite mindfulness, insight and meditation practices to offer you during the busy holiday season. Cultivating a consistent mindfulness practice is needed at anytime, but especially when holiday events and circumstances dance around you.
I know what you are thinking, “Kate, this is on my New Year’s Resolution List, the holidays are just too busy.”
And I get it, life is busy, especially the holidays. I truly believe there is no better gift you can give yourself and the people around you than the gift of presence and time. I want you to be truly connected and present, so you don’t miss the best parts of life.
The course opens to you on December 3rd and finishes on December 31st. Each week you will have access to a new module where I will guide you through a theme, meditation, insight activity, and wellness practice. The aim is to still your body and mind, so that you can be fully present for all the special moments. Together let’s practice presence this holiday season.
