Kate on the mat
Kate is intentional when designing and teaching her yoga and mindfulness classes and workshops. Similar to storytelling, she first sets the tone and theme through her voice, readings, guided meditation, and music, and then guides you through a flowing yoga sequence that is deeply connected to breath and body awareness. Kate is passionate about connecting the physical yoga practice to daily life, so that we can live mindful and meaningful lives. Her yoga classes will leave you feeling physically and mentally connected and centred, inspiring you to find your personal edge both on and off your mat. Her mindfulness offerings include meaningful, manageable practices and tools that you can implement into your daily life.
