Join Kate Landreth and Julie Gallant (RMT) for a spring self-care workshop, that includes a blend of mindfulness meditation, a playful flow and restful yin. Julie and Kate will provide hands-on touch during your yin practice with the option of essential oils. You will learn mindfulness techniques for cultivating awareness, move your body to release energy and rest and receive the gift of touch. We welcome all levels.
