Join me for a teen yoga and mindfulness series for ages 12-16 years old. In this 6 week series you can expect a yoga class to be taught at an age appropriate level allowing teens to gain the benefits of yoga in a safe and accessible environment. Mindfulness practices will be blended into the practice and each week to support the practice. This series will include yoga, breath work, meditation and other mindfulness practices with an aim to prepare teens to attend regularly scheduled classes.
At One Yoga Victoria, starting Thursday January 10th- February 14th, 3:45-4:45pm. $80 for all 6 weeks or $15 drop in. Space is limited so please preregister. Drop in’s will only be permitted if space allows. You can register online here or in the studio.
