This 4 week beginner yoga workshop is recommended for new yogis wanting to establish a vinyasa yoga practice and build confidence to progress to all-levels classes. Small class size will allow for a more beneficial learning experience.
Each week we will explore a new dimension of the practice including: break down of fundamental poses and sequence, synchronising breath to movement, alignment and major muscles used in key poses, physical benefits of poses & guided meditation.
